While we are not Wedding Planners, we book the wedding itself at your destination, and then become your liaison with the wedding services team at your location. We are happy to serve as the point of contact for your guests’ travel needs, booking their rooms in a block so that they take advantage of lower prices as well as additional group amenities and perks where available. We will keep a record of each guest’s travel arrangements, including arrivals, departures, and itineraries.

Your wedding guests will have many questions regarding their travel arrangements before and during their trip. They will want to know details regarding their accommodations, flights, travel insurance and so much more. If you do not have an experienced and Certified Destination Wedding Travel Specialist handling this for you then you will become the travel agent for all of your guests.

Not every travel specialist understands how destination weddings work. We do. We have been working with destination wedding groups for many years.
